  As per usual franchise stores, the staff is nice, there is some lack of knowledgeable but the service is quick and responsive.

  Manager and employees are not professional and have 0 respect and a bad attitude! The owner needs to change all the staff. I went there with my friends and they were making fun of us and one of my friends left his phone on the counter and when he came back to take it they said its not there and they started to laugh and the owner didnt bother opening the camera and told the employees to see the camera ( he knows that they stole it)knowing that the employees are not aloud to see the camera because there's a password that only the manager has access to and then when we came back the day after with the security ( we used the icloud localisation ) we found it in a pantalon that he didnt even try. Its such a bad experience and i am gonna sue them and we are not gonna leave it like that.
