  Mecca for Teslarati. Mostly delivered on the no pressure showroom experience but a little clingy. Nowhere near a regular dealer. Good to finally visit. Now let's see if I actually get one.

  Horrendous experience. Bought a brand new Tesla Model X for 115K. The car was delivered with a big scratch. One week later, the car breaks down, falcon wings do not work, problem with the firmware, cannot open the charge port from outside. It gets towed to the dealership. They say they have no loaners. They refer me to a rental company that 1) said they cannot pick me up as I live too far 2) Have no premium cars to rent anyways. Moreover, I have been trying to talk to someone knowledgeable at the service department for more than 5 hours , with absolutely no luck. I AM EXTREMELLY DISSAPOINTED.

  My off-warranty service experience has been phenomenal! They actually made me feel like a valued customer. Very different from my many previous experiences with VW, Ford, Toyota, Porsche...
